SHIPPING/HANDLING FEES

A MINIMAL SHIPPING/HANDLING FEE OF $2.50 WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL ORDERS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES.  MULTIPLE ORDERS WILL ONLY HAVE ONE FEE OF $2.50.  ANY INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS WILL BE CALCULATED AND BILLED ACCORDINGLY.

DISCLAIMER & RETURNS

We at Generation Lane Vintage Jewelry want you to be pleased with your purchase!  We strive to list and describe our inventory with integrity and honesty to inform our customers of their choice of purchase to the best of our ability! However, it is possible for us to have made an error in our assessment, or, for damage to occur during shipment.  If merchandise has been damaged during shipment, please contact Generation Lane Vintage Jewelry  immediately and also the shipper.  Please return the damaged merchandise with the original packaging. ** A full refund will be given to our customers upon receipt of return, including return ship fees, if merchandise was damaged by shipper.

If, after receipt of your order, you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason other than shipment damage,  please contact Generation Lane Vintage Jewelry by e-mail within (48) hours of your decision to return your merchandise.  All items should be returned via UPS Air or Priority Mail within three (3) days in its original packaging and insured with same value as purchase price.  Item must not to have been tampered with or materially affected by purchaser and should be returned in same condition as received.   A refund will be forwarded within three days of receipt of returned item.  (Please note: Return ship fees and insurance is sole responsibility of Purchaser and will not be included in refund.) 

**ANY RETURNED ITEM(S) MUST BE RECEIVED BY GENERATION LANE WITHIN A FIFTEEN (15) DAY PERIOD OF RETURN NOTIFICATION BY PURCHASER, OR ITEM(S) WILL BE DEEMED AS PURCHASER'S AND NO REFUND GIVEN.  NO RETURN PACKAGES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE ABOVE STATED TIME PERIOD, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,  MERCHANDISE DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT.
