Signed "ART" Textured Black and White Brooch and Earring Set!  Late 1960's to 1970's!  A wonderful brushed goldtone mounting with hints of "gold" specks peeking through the heavily applied enameling!  This set is quite "dramatic" with a 4 1/4" x 2" brooch!  Great clip-back earrings measuring 1" x 1/2".  Brooch is signed, but, earrings are not!  Unique!
